As an expert Wholistic Solution Provider, I have conducted more than 80+ independent workshops and has touched lives of more than 5000+ people.
All my workshops are scientific and experiential in nature which guarantees results. For corporate’s I provide bespoke training’s and for individuals personal coaching.

It is said that one person, one deal, one opportunity, one chance, one decision can change your life. For me it was one person.
After being among the toppers in school, along with my job, in IT industry, I completed my post graduation. Soon life became monotonous. One day I realized that my life has become stagnant, in all aspects. I was frozen in status quo.
In the month of December, 2009, I decided to meet Guruji Dr.Premji Nirmal for personal counselling. That one decision changed my life and after that there was no looking back. Life evolved, became purposeful and meaningful. I was walking the path to realize my potential.
Fortunately, Kriya Yoga initiations followed and my life took rocket speed. My material life and spiritual life started expanding. With the Guidance of Guruji Dr. Premji Nirmal and Guruma Bharati Nirmal, I started walking the path of Householder’s spirituality and life became very meaningful, impactful and joyous.
Systematically I am being guided by my mentors on my path.
I participated in various programs, Spiritual and Business programs conducted by Guruji Dr. Premji Nirmal and Guruma Bharati Nirmal. Most programs I did along with my full time job. Because of my mentors I met many Enlightened Beings as well and learnt from all, to the best of my abilities.
Soon, I understood my life mission and founded Tripura Wellness Center to spread Health, Wealth and Happiness.

After the birth of my son, I first hand realized, the stress of a working mother!
I started studying and observing all the women around me and especially working mothers. I understood their trials and tribulations first hand and started finding solutions to all of them.
I found that few things when taken care of like Hormonal Balance, Relationships, especially intimate ones, then a lot of energy which is stuck here is released and the lady is free to fly.
With right understanding imparted by my mentor, I made a lot of changes in life, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. A meaningful life followed. I understood the purpose of my life and started working on the mission.
I understood first hand, how we are all programmed robots, living at the mercy of our sub-conscious and its belief systems. The journey started and I became more and more aware, of myself and my environment. Decisions became conscious and effective. Patterns started dropping and I started overcoming my blind-spots. There was a paradigm shift, from Self-Oriented person to an Other-Oriented person. It happened naturally!
I now conduct open and corporate workshops specializing in Stress Management with Sound and Laughter, am an Inner Beauty expert, a working mother champion, Intimacy Expert, Hormonal Balance expert and also conduct bespoke training’s.
It is now my mission and life purpose to help as many people as possible; help them fulfill their life purpose.
